We understand that plans can change, but cancellations incur costs. To offset these expenses, the following policy applies:

30 days or more before departure: 0% of the total cost (no cancellation fee).
15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total cost.
14 days or less before departure or no-show: 100% of the total cost.
Additionally, any non-recoverable costs from our suppliers will be charged in all cases.

In the event of unrest in Kashmir, we will provide a full refund. Unrest is defined as situations where there is no vehicular movement or hotels are not operational.

Here are some essential travel tips and details to keep in mind:

Children: Children below 5 years of age can travel free of charge.
Mobile Connectivity: Only post-paid cellular connections work in Kashmir. Prepaid connections are not operational in the region.
Airport Guidelines: Arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to your departure to account for mandatory security checks.
Weather Preparation: Check the weather forecast before your trip and pack accordingly. Warm woolens are recommended for winter, while light woolens are suitable for summer. For real-time updates, visit AccuWeather.
Houseboat Transfers: If you are staying in a houseboat, coordinate with the houseboat staff or your local tour representative to arrange a Shikara for crossing to the shore prior to departure from Srinagar.
Driver Charges: If your driver requests additional charges during the tour, confirm with your local tour coordinator before making any payment.
Meals: Please note that only breakfast and dinner are included in your itinerary. Lunch is not provided.

Local Charges:
- Entry to local gardens: ₹30–₹50 per person.
- Gondola rides in Gulmarg: ₹750 for the first phase and ₹950 for the second phase per person (round trip).
- Union cab service for Betab Valley, Aru Valley, and Chandanwari in Pahalgam: ₹2100 per cab.
